Our leasing service includes the mapping of potential tenants and landlords of commercial premises and bringing them together according to the agreement.

Over 20 years of experience in shopping and business centers has created us an extensive network of users and owners of retail premises all over Finland. However, in addition to retail we also have wide experience in leasing office, warehouse and production facilities.

Lease negotiations with the most potential tenants, related reporting, drafting the lease documents and acting as a representative of the landlord or tenant are part of our service portfolio. Our leasing service is generally free for our tenant customers.

Tenant representation is also negotiable separately.
