We want to be involved in creating new, more economical and future-proof work environments and living solutions that support people’s well-being, enable owners to make sustainable and long-term returns, and minimize their carbon and resource footprint – starting with real estate development design and material solutions.

Our development projects create entirely new space solutions or modify an existing property – in part or in whole – to a new concept model and purpose. The business premises and residential projects we have developed with our partners are mainly located in the regions of southern and central Finland.

In addition to our current projects we are constantly looking at potential new development projects and offer property owners a flexible and comprehensive service based on analyzing the current status of the properties, mapping out the options that take the market situation into account, and an action plan according to the set goals. It is also possible to include a construction and project management service in the service package – along with the implementation of the commercial concept of the properties in accordance with a jointly prepared leasing plan. Based on the new commercial and operational concepts we also seek new owners for the properties, when necessary.
